Good quality reliable lock
Installation is very easy, no modifications of the door, instructions could be better.
Do not like having a screw at the bottom of the inside plate as it is very difficult to install as most screwdrivers are going to hit the handle below when installing the lock.
Easy to connect to the network and set up the door codes.
Nice solid quality with easy battery install and replace.

Good Product, good price.
Fits tightly thanks to its adjustable base(easy to tighten). Fits my iPhone 8plus and does not vibrate on most roads. Keeps the phone in place and easy to see the screen on the phone at glance.

Good support, easy setup, would buy again and have bought again for anohter door.
1 of 1 found this helpful It is a very solid piece of equipment well designed with only a couple of small things I would like to see changed:
- The LED Color for Locked is Amber. The LED color for unlocked is green, It would make the locked/unlocked state of the lock easier to determine if instead of Amber they used Orange or some other color easily identified by both color blind and non color blind people.
- There are 3 screws that secure the inside cover. The screw at the bottom of the lock is very difficult to screw in as access the the screw in my case is obstructed by the door handle below. Offsetting the bottom screw to the left or right would eliminate this problem.
I had a install problem that a call to Kwikset was easily able to resolve. Easy people to talk to and very knowledgeable on their product.
