A one time great product.
1 of 4 found this helpful My Ipod was brand new upon delivery. A few weeks after purchase, the track wheel would not scroll, and finally it would not sync. I took it to two genius bars, and I was told that even though the product was new, the hardware was failing. Because the item was just sitting, hardware failure was not precluded. This was unfortunate because this meant that me and the Ipod Classic were no longer meant to be together. I broke down and purchased the Ipod touch.
