The app kept crashing and the product never worked for me.

Works Good

Zen is the best
I have owned several different brands and models of portable music players. I have another Zen besides this one (the 32 GB version). Zen is the best media player I have had by far. You might pay a little more for a Zen but it's well worth it. Being able to play DRM files like Audible is really nice. No, I don't work for Creative and wasn't paid for this.
