Given as a gift to an older son (40) who had this as his first computer. He was thrilled.

It's work but it works
Going in be realistic, this is a 20V product so it is not going to cut through two inches of sod but if you cut through thin layers and have extra batteries it will do the job and once you have it edged for the first time it will keep it maintained. For a first time edging on a 20 year overlap of grass I was able to do 110 feet (two wheelbarrows worth of sod) with 6 batteries worth. As I have multiple tools with this system, I had the batteries.
