Quality Candied Orange Peel for baking and salads

I was concerned the orange peel would have a sulfur taste From the preservative...and IT DID NOT. Has a nice orange flavor. I removed the peel from the packaging and lined an XOX container with parchment paper. I used 1/2c Chopped peel and 1/2 c walnuts in my Cuisinart bread machine... rose to the top ... makes great toast with fresh fruit for breakfast. Also great on salads. Will buy again.
