Very good!

A very helpful book to use with a pre-teenager who is unprepared to body changes. This is a good resource for parents of girls and is another source to help parents and girls be more prepared for their changing body and all the symptoms. Lots of questions were answered and the book is a great help to parents. I recommend it!
