Great upgrade
I used this cartridge and stylus to upgrade my Technics SL-2000. The cartridge attached to my original headshell with no problem and i only needed a very slight adjustment to line up properly. The sound difference between this and the Shure M91 that I replaced is night and day. There is slight low end distortion at high volumes, but that may honestly be my speakers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade an older entry-level to mid-grade t.t.

1 of 1 found this helpful Unit only worked for about 30 seconds, after that just garbled digital matrix sounds. I guess it all comes back to that old saying "you get what you pay for". I don't blame the seller at all, it's not there fault, they didn't make it. I would definitely recommend that you don't waste your money

Great kit
1 of 1 found this helpful This kit is exactly what you would expect at this price point. The neck fitment could be a little tighter but it's not terrible, there was some sanding marks on the body but again no big deal, you want to sand before adding a finish anyway. The frets all seem to be in good shape and level but it's a little hard to be sure until I finish the build. Now for the electronics, crap crap and more crap ! Plan on replacing all the electronics if you purchase one of these! I would really look at this kit as being a neck and body rather than a complete kit, however for the price that's still a great deal! If you're looking to build an affordable lp style guitar this a great starting point
