  BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER NOT PROTECTED This seller is full of excuses and changes the terms after agreeing to accept certified funds. Even after confirming with eBay that I could send certified funds, he moved the goalposts when I used eBay for the deposit. He insisted on PayPal, which would have removed any protection for me. He didn’t have the title ready and expected me to pay with no guarantee of delivery, placing all the risk on the buyer. Avoid this seller!

  this guy insisted that I accept an unverified check and let him drive away with my car without the funds being verified by my bank. Then he said if I wanted the cash I would have to drive a 4 hr round trip to accommodate him not having cash. He is very unreasonable, only a fool would let someone take their car with only a check in return. Even bank checks can be forged, I'm just being careful with all of the scams out there. He knew I was waiting for the title to come in from my bank
