perfect workout is you want instant results!
1 of 1 found this helpful I danced ballet as a child and this DVD is perfect for an adult who has minimal ballet knowledge and is starting to get back into ballet again. I prefer the Level 2 exercises and do it daily. So far, I can see results in my legs already. They are shapelier especially my calves and inner thighs! It also lengthens my spine so it helps my posture. And if you tuck your tummy in the entire workout, it will definitely flatten your stomach!!
