Good quality and easy to assemble Bed Bug heating tent.
The unit was easy to assemble and we had it quickly up and running in 20 minutes. The quality of components and hardware is good and the instructions were easy to follow. The deciding factor in purchasing this unit was that it ran off of one 110v outlet. Other units that we looked at required multiple circuits (one required 4).
In regard to negative feedback, it is nominal but the S clips that hold the center racks in place are very loose and it would be nice if Dr. Infrared would design them a little bit more rigid. The temp gauge/meter is of good quality but you need to understand that the timer counts back and not forward as to how long the unit has been on.
We deal with bed bugs daily at our men's homeless shelter and it is so nice to take their belongings and quickly bake the little buggers out in under two hours. We are seriously thinking about getting a couple more tents in the near future.

Check your Wi-Fi frequency before purchasing
The quality and price was very good but I wish I would have read a little bit closer on the Wi-Fi frequency that this will only work on. I tried everything to get this to work and finally gave up.
Suggest checking your wifi before purchasing this.

Great little lock box
The lock is of good quality and can quickly be secured to any surface. It is easy to program and works flawlessly each time. The only somewhat negative feature about the lock is the cumbersome way that you must reinstall the front cover. In order to do so, you must re-enter the four digit code and then slide the open and lock buttons down to get it to reseat back into the enclosure. You need both hands to perform this feat while trying to keep the key inside of the enclosure from falling out. It takes a couple of tries to get used to it.
I would recommend this product to others.
