It is what you expect when buying Japanese knives
Ultra sharp. Very good quality and cheap price. No need to know more about this product. Tojiro is going to be my choice always.

1 of 1 found this helpful First time I tasted these was when my girlfriend was visiting USA and bought these for me as a present. I cannot get these anywhere from here. As my girlfriend had birthday, I desided to "pay her back" and ordered a bit more of these super great peppermint patties. Won't be long when I need to make a new order...

Not much to add. Cheap and very good quality. Don't know about exact lumens but enough for me.
