Glossy but great
Fits perfectly, feels well-made and the price is great compared to others and especially Viking’s. One thing that wasn’t clear from the listing is that this has some kind of gloss enamel-like finish. It’s supposed to be a replacement for my rangetop, but the grates that’s came with the site are raw cast iron, so the finish doesn’t match. Perhaps Viking switched to the enamel finish for some years or other compatible stoves, so it would be great if yours does. I don’t mind because it’s for a rental, but you should know before you buy.
