1 of 1 found this helpful I am 5 feet 4inches tall. Have been using it over 300km now. It significantly reduces thigh fatigues and improve on comfort. Feels abit heavier on steep climbs but u get use to it in no time. Definitely recommend for shorter riders like myself.
