  Item did not arrive,tracking number was not recognised. Contacted seller who said they were sending another one out. This didn’t happen and the item is now listed as £19.95 as opposed to £8.95. EBay had to intervene and the case was found in my favour. I’d strongly advise NOT to use this unreliable company again.

  never again would i order from this seller taken far to long to even post the item out never mind receive it absolute carnage communication is absolutely shocking none at all when trying to contact the seller and when the item did finally arrive it was absolute cheap rubbish just a clear case with a sticker printed on the back nothing like it shows on the picture so miss leading and reading the reviews there are alot same the thing as my self so hope people avoid!

  item was never marked as dispatched, didn't receive it and seller claims they sent a replacement which also never came. asked for a refund and seller stopped replying to my messages, had to open a case with ebay, and ebay then refunded me. will not be buying from this seller again

  So disappointed to not receive this phone case. Seller offered a replacement and an apology, but after 3 weeks of waiting in total, I asked eBay for a refund. Might I suggest using a tracked service to avoid this problem in the future.
