Brilliant value as cost of item plus shipping is the same as the cost from the manufacturer for just the item (and they don’t ship to the UK). Postage seemed expensive for how long it takes but then America so over priced and sub-par is to be expected and no reflection on the seller.

    Very nicely packed with the two switches bubble wrapped individually in one box and then the box they are in is bubble wrapped again and then boxed again. Shipping was quick and the devices were defaulted and adopted into the Unifi controller without any issues. The cosmetic defects looked worse in the picture than in actual reality. The price was just right. The seller was also willing to negotiate and I would say the overall experience was very good.
