Love this book! Delicious, yet still easy, and counts exchanges for you!
Tons of delicious, variety, and easy recipes. All of the recipes show the exchanges. It also has a great index, and a handy measuring chart it the back. My family loves it too!

I can definitely see the difference on deep wrinkles and has Givin me beatific skin!,
I'm over 55 and have been experimenting w essential oils for my face. I've used over priced products that have never left my face looking so young and soft. Also, my deep wrinkles have decreased.
This is a great product that will repair elastin and collogin..love it!
