Cannot be used without alterations

The rough surfaces must be sanded down. There are lots of imperfections due to the molding process, which can affect the smoothness of operation. The screwes are weak, but I had no alternative. You must use a thread locker. I used the red (permanent) locker to avoid any chance of them getting loose under operation. After installing, I found that the angles are off by a few degrees in both sides. I hope this doesn't put stress on the actuators. Overall it is just too much headache, and they are definitely over valued.

Requires modifications

I had to use thread locker (red/permanent) to ovoid having any of the brass ball, or the two pins get loose during operation. The finish is not perfect but it does the job. Also, the metal arms are made of very cheap metal. I had to use the original ones (after drilling the "balls" out.

Need to be Very Careful with this bundle

The runner flap bushings (the yellowish plastic parts you see in the picture) are too tight. I had to use a drimmle tool with a puffer tip to widen the diameter a bit. A couple of them were already cracked, so I ended up using a couple from the old ones. The runner adjusters are not compatible with my 2008 E350, even though the compatibilbity chart showed they were (at the time of buying in Feb 2021). The swirl flap lever is low quality and I bought one separately from another place. The manifold gaskets are of a good brand (made in Germany).
