    Joel is great. Very responsive to all my question and the shipping was quick. He provided measurements, which could be added to the listing as an improvement. He 3d printed an adequately sized cup holder for Nespresso machines (I have the Vertuo Plus model) and my cup fits on it! I wish it was a bit taller so it would sit on the counter as well as hook into the slot.. Otherwise, it’s nearly perfect and most certainly a huge improvement over the one Delonghi manufactured!
