  I ordered 4 items from this company and they sent me two of the items and then told me that they sent me someone else's order, but was not acknowledging that they still failed to send me 2 items in my order. Then they argued that I did not order the items I did which clearly showed they have no means of tracking their orders. Then after sending them the items I ordered straight from the Ebay purchase page they wanted to be kind and give me one item they failed to send me but not the other item.

  The buyer only placed an order for 3 items which Ebay record has clearly showed, but the buyer still insisted to have purchased 4.
