MegOhm tested perfect, great insulation and dry as a bone. It’s new factory box. I wish there were more.Ill be looking regularly.

Great but beginners need the accessory tips, see the $100 and higher heat guns
Which you can buy for less than $3.00 each size, the 2 port tips which are sized for rod shape (round or triangular- for inside corners) are better for beginners. Also, watch a youtube video before darning a darn fine product. Would anyone TIG weld perfectly first attempt? I was 8 when I learned and plastics alot harder to weld than stainless or aluminum. Since I had metal experience it was alot easier. But if you block off the air flow to much the element will burn up. If it blows hot or cold the safety is trying to prevent this. If your blowing your puddle away your to close, it's a slow job compared to MIG welding for sure, you have to properly preheat the base and the rod, then flow them together. Not a job for the impatient.

Best quality handles high pressures and extreme temperatures and extreme differential pressures at rest up to 1200 PSI with no issues.GREAT VALUE!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful While the label rates this exchanger for close to 700 psi we're currently using them with a gas at resting pressure that reaches >1000 PSI@98*F while under operation we run liquid refrigerant thats operational parameters keep it <140psi max and the process fluid at 30psi with temperatures of -180 F
At rest a few times transporting our pressures exceeded 1200psi and we've experienced no deformation. We flowbenched these when received on both channels and after exposed to over 110° F resulting in pressure in the high channel exceeding 1200 psi we decided to check the flow to see if any plates had deformed due to the extreme pressure differentials they had been exposed to. With what little access we had with a camera using a small mirror everything looks all right and flow test showed no change from one original. These are top-quality units and an exceptional value.
