Worst purchase ever!!!

First off, item took for ever to arrive. It's not based in the US like they say. N second, it doesn't even work! When I plug it in it lights up but when I connect other chargers to it they don't work! Total waste of money n time😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
