price was right!
It is rather large and I had expected that--- seems the directions are more for a custom fit which when I did the hot water- bite on it- IT DID NOTHING! Pretty much a GAG reflex item and would take lots of getting use to it! I use my orthodontic upper plastic retainer for teeth clenching for now. Dentist wanted over $250. so for the price difference I will adjust or just continue to clench at nite. I might trim it down to be more of a 1 arch retainer than the bulky item it is now. Price was about what it is worth!

Bones : Best Ever Series
was late in watching the show so missed many of the early years- perfect to have sets 1 -9 .
