Battery won't charge, hope replacement is better
3 of 3 found this helpful After 33 days, the battery would no longer charge. There seems to be a software problem with this unit. Newegg did extend the return, but who wants to be without their computer. We'll see if the new one is better. Sure hope so. Otherwise, nice machine, fast, lightweight, good screen. Wait times for Newegg CSR can be long.
