I felt that I made the journey with Mr. Joshua Slocum
I learned about Mr Slocum's travels through a magazine article, History Revealed, 2014 by the editor of that magazine. I was fascinated by his story and the great illustrations in the article. This inspired me to go to You Tube and view accounts of his journey, thus prompted me to further search for a copy of the book Sailing Alone Around the World. I found it on E-bay, ordered and received the book and read it immediately. This book is rated with the best I have ever read. Highly recommended. I look forward to reading this book again.
