Easily the most underated irons produced this decade.
I orginally puchased as set of these irons new back in 2008 for $270. At the time I was looking for a iron that would be forgiving and an upgrade from my cheap set of beginner irons. I purchased these because I could not find a negative review and it had multiple reviews stating that these clubs were underatted. That was a total understatement. From the first time I hit my M685's till I made a dumb mistake and traded them in they were everything you could ask for in a club. I traded them in because I wanted to switch over to Taylormade irons after playing their drivers and fairway woods I did not think it would be a problem, maybe take some time to get the feel of the new club but I thought ultimately a higher dollar iron would have some more technology and better materials behind it so I would get better results. Well I was WRONG. I tried Taylormade R7's, Callaway x22's and the Taylormade R9's. The R9's were the best of the bunch but ultimately I wanted my M685 irons back. If you are considering these irons, look no more and get them. Do yourself a favor. Not to mention you can get a quality used set for 1/4 the price of a new set of Taylormades and 1/6 the price of comparable Mizuno's. I honestly dont believe there is a better club for the money.
New Muzzy 3 Blade Fixed Blade Broadhead 6 Pack 100 Grain Model# 225

Excellent value, accuracy, and reliability
Really surprised at how well these fly, coming from mechanical broadheads I did not expect too much but these pretty much hit where my field points do. I would say they hit within a couple inches at 40 yards and are dead on under 30 yards. For me that is a shock, the mechanical broadheads I always used hit around 6" at best from where I was aiming... I tried various mechanical broadheads and someone said there was nothing wrong with the old muzzy 3 blades. So I gave them a whirl, glad I did. They are tough too.... I took a couple old arrows and shot them into some wood and cinder blocks and the tips took a little damage off the cinder blocks but they held up great. Very impressed, will keep it simple and stick with these in the future.
