Good product, easy use.
Use this on a regular basis, although I find that cooking times indicated are not accurate.
Fresh potato chips (fat cut) take close to 30 min. and chicken wings also 30-40 min. depending on size. As previous rater indicated, instructions could be better particularly cleaning instructions as it took about 5 cooks to work out how the inner basket comes out of the outer basket but now that I know, cleaning is a breeze. If you are short on space then you might have a problem as this unit is quite large but light, luckily I can store it in a cupboard out of the way. Overall I would recommend this product.
