Great guitar. Blows MIM Fenders ut of the water.
1 of 1 found this helpful Amazing guitar. Pickups sound great and it has a vintage feel from the narrow frets. The only thing I don't like is how thick the neck is. But, as someone who likes slim neck profiles, and this being as thick as it is, its not entirtely uncomfortable..

Good bones, needs work
I had to level the frets and clean up the nut slots to get it to play well and stay in tune, but now it plays great. The bridge pickup sounds pretty good, but the neck is not so great. These guitars have good bones, and they are great to mod, but if you don't want to spend the money on fretwork, and new pickups, you might be better off buying an actual Fender.

This is a great guitar.
I'm really impressed with this guitar. I didn't expect such great performance from a lower line model. The neck feels just right, the action is low with no buzzing, and it sounds the way a SG is supposed to.
