  It was used and had a "peeled off" TJMaxx price tag. The seller response follows: "My feedback speaks for itself. The condition of the box was clearly stated in the listing. The lipstick itself was NOT used and looked nothing like the photo you sent. It was brand new. I would never in a million years try to sell a lipstick that looked like that. I suspect you tried and didn't like it and am now saying I sent it to you that way which is really a terrible, terrible thing to so." Lies!

  Clearly, the buyer did not read the description -- the listing described the condition of the box. In fact, the heading said READ PLEASE and the description said PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOX WILL HAVE SHELF WEAR SUCH AS TEARS AND A PRICE STICKER. The lipstick inside the box was not used. Despite all of that, I still approved the return.
