  Items arrived broken (3 of the 4 were crushed). Upon requesting to retun the items, the seller requested more photos when we had already sent 4. Seller wanted to file a claim w/ USPS for reimbursement, which is fine, but expected us to wait for them to pay out for the claim before receiving a refund. Bzd business tactics. Poor communication. Not a good seller in my experience.
