Easy repair of fog light switch assembly part
1 of 1 found this helpful I discovered my fog lights still on after turning off my lights and shutting down my one-owner '03 Jeep Wrangler Sport (70,000 miles). I played with it till I found I could turn them off by setting my turn signal in the left turn position.
After searching the internet it turned out to be a very common problem that could be TEMPORARILY addressed with the turn signal position.
I also found several ways to repair and/or replace the multi signal assembly that controlled the fog lights.
It seemed to be something virtually anybody could do themselves, so I decided I would replace that portion and found the internet very useful (YouTube, especially).
I found and ordered a factory replacement at am - autoparts at a reasonable price.
The delivery was very fast and was "as advertised"...a brand new replacement part.
It was a simple matter (with some required dexterity!) to replace it in about 40 minutes. It works PERFECTLY and after more usage while driving to date, it feels very much like the day I purchased my Jeep.
AM - autoparts had the right part, great price and perfect performance.
Nothing but the great price and service of am autoparts to get me back on the road without draining my battery dead!

Easy install, work great!
My original Nissan Frontier, 'ol Cowboy was wasting away with age, but still in good good condition. So, I thought I'd start giving it a little glitter and opted for the sport-type tail lights: They went right in place and work flawlessly.
Great value, easy to install. Highly recommended.
