2 of 3 found this helpful Wife and I have purchased 5 or 6 warranties over the past few years and tried to make our first claim. Before you purchase , read all the rules and regs. , which is like reading a short story! Had problems with my claim and did a online chat with rep., very polite and understanding and said another rep would call in a few minutes, which was over 24 hrs. ago. I will never purchase another Square Trade Warranty again ,and to anyone reading this review, save your money and don't buy one!

works as well as original batt. even though its an older model. made in 2016. every thing same except color.
