Excellent product. Excellent service.

It has been said that this is not for larger people. In our case it is being used by a 90 year old, dress size 14/16. You would certainly have no problem up to an 18. The swivel motion allowing it to face into the room and then be easily rotated to sit facing the shower head is great. certainly our 90 year old has no trouble using it with a carer. Some styles have no arms, if you have someone prone to dizziness or falls I would recommend getting a chair with arms like this one. Assembly is ridiculously easy, requiring no tools. The carer said 'showers are easy now' and importantly also much safer. One complaint from the user 'the seat is cold', we overcame this by placing a towel on it.
