Perfect for what we needed.
2 of 2 found this helpful Does what it's supposed to do well. Holds the pad in place and keeps the floor clean. It doesn't hold odors either. Quality is good for the price.
My dog is 9lbs. And I bought the large holder. This prevents the half on half off issue.
Because its large we use two pads. Clip over the ends of the pads and they don't slide around.
Very sanitary.
