Oh Well.
1 of 1 found this helpful The o rings have parting line flashing that causes lack of sealing. The o ring for the center attachment is too large by several mm and will not allow it to go into the cooler. After installing the larger o rings and bringing the engine to temperature, there was coolant leaking between the housing and the inner heat exchanger. I drained the system, removed the heat exchanger/oil filter adapter and replaced the o rings with McMaster Carr sourced rings. There was evidence of oil mixed with coolant between the inner o rings.
