Packaging was poor

Great replacement for older mechs
When you can't find the replacement for an older 4503 Tiagra this does the trick.

Good Microwave - Poor Convection Oven
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a great microwave and looks really nice. The exhaust fan is efficient and quiet but the convection feature is unreliable. Service will be out for the 3rd time tomorrow for 3 different problems. First time the convection fan didn't work at all. They replaced it with a fan that rattled enough that it was distracting. Now it won't heat up beyond 290-300 degrees.
Update: it's a lemon and can not be fixed. 5/2/19
