The album arrived with a very large bend in the bottom left of the cover. I reached out to the seller and they responded that it had to have happened during shipping even though there was no damage or bends to the shipping package. I was not asking for a refund, just an acknowledgment that as a first time buyer from this seller, they should make a better first impression.
