My vet said L-Lysine supplement does act...

My vet said L-Lysine supplement does actually help heal cats of conjunctivitis (a cat version of pink-eye with a side of cold virus). I've used this gel supplement before and it really does help. One cat may take longer to heal than another as one might be sicker than the next OR I might be better able to - consistently - treat one cat more easily than the next one. Consistency seems to be the key. Some cats like it more than others, but all of my cats will take it without much issue.

Fits and Works!

I bought what looked like a complete, brand spanking new Fluval C2 aquarium filter at the Kidney Foundation Thrift Store. At $9.99 I thought I'd hit the jackpot! I put it together and found it was missing one of the 2 the most needful parts: the impeller (the other being the motor). With the best "New from eBay" price being about $32 (Oct 26, 2016), I looked for the impeller at eBay and Amazon. Naturally the pet stores wouldn't have it, they want you to buy a whole NEW filter! This part completed my filter and was easy to install, works just like it should and it's SO quiet! I'm very happy.
