  Your comment: This seller is in Europe, which I didn t notice before I made the order. Boots never arrived in the US. However I contacted the seller, and after a 24hr delay they responed, acknowledged the problem and offered to send a different pair. I had already purchased a different pair from a US seller, and so Value Cross Country provided me with a refund. They were very polite and professional.

  Package never arrived. Shipping only said a label had been created. The last day the package was supposed to have arrived the seller refunded my purchase price and said it had been lost in transit. No drama, seller took care of everything regarding the refund without being asked. This was shipping internationally so getting lost is to be expected. I would buy from this seller again given the level of service.
