A must read with very honest, straight forward information.

An excellent book for anyone who truly cares about their health, well being and, quality of life. Many other recommended books are referenced for even more health education. Dr. Berry is truly one of the good Doctors who truly cares about people. It's a shame we have too many other "Big Pharma" doctors who only see people as dollar signs, push Big Pharma drugs that aren't good for you and, don't provide the right treatment for people's good health.
