  This seller was brilliant - they went above and beyond to ensure we received the item we purchased. The communication between us was clear and they actually travelled 40 minutes to meet us in a shopping centre carpark so we could pick up the goods as we were travelling from Wales to Leicester.The only strange thing about the process is EBAY they will not release the funds to the seller until we post this review which I find confusing as the seller sold in good faith - we paid in good faith.
