6 of 6 found this helpful These are cute toys and conversation pieces. If you never take them out of the package ,you won't be disappointed. However, I bought 2. Neither are serviceable. One of the mounting screws in both reel is stripped and the reel is loose. You will be afraid to use them for fear of losing any fish you manage to catch. The reels are free spooling. Not lock at all. If you plan on using this rig, good luck. It should be comical. These are on the same page as Dollar Store toys.

2 different sets.
Before any of you buy ring for your explorer, be advised, Ford used 2 different piston . Mine was the less common piston. Mine had 1.2 1.5 3.0 ring grooves. 2nd design. 1st design , most common. 1.5 1.6 3.5 mm ring grooves. The experts have no clue. They say for my engine to have this piston , it needed to have catastrophic damage and aftermarket pistons. Wrong. This is a Ford original and before you buy you should have the piston in your hand and measure the top ring. These rings were of good quality and were perfect for my engine.
