Almost great
I bought the med reminder for my wife. She has epilepsy and has to take her meds on time. It is working very well for her. There is a vibration and it makes a moderate noise as well.
There's a message to update sometimes when we plug in to charge but it always fails to update no matter what I try. The app also sometimes fails to indicate she took her med when in fact she did.
Other than those two issues, I would highly recommend. The bottom line is it is working and my wife is happy with the product.
