When seller shipped product, cap on gallon jug was not closed tight enough thus 1/3 of product spilled inside package shipped with. Seller only had one option to get refund and that was to send everything back. Although they communicated throughout the process, I would never buy thru them again considering all I got back was a 10 dollar refund of a 110+ dollar product. I bought the product to use ASAP, not to send back and get another 2 weeks later.
