As advertised, but not for me

The Miracool bandana swells up to an impressive size - and is definitely cooling - it works. But I bought it hoping to take it on long backpacking trips to help with overheating and with soothing sore muscles at days end, but I won't use it for that after all, as it takes days to dry out after use and become a lightweight item again. It might be useful for a day hike, but I wouldn't want to carry a soggy, heavy-ish bandana around for multi-day trips when I aim to keep the weight of my packed items to a minimum.

I love these Platypus Preserve wine bottles. They preserve wine so much better than the vacuum pumps that I used to use. I can keep leftover wine for 4 days (I haven't tested beyond that ;-))
