If you like Bavarian cookbooks, this is a good find. It also includes Franconian and Swabian recipes. This is an English printing of a book that was originally in German and was meant as a souvenir to bring home from a trip to Germany. Measures are in cups and teaspoons, so easy to make without conversions.

Cookbook

I collect old cookbooks. This one is from an old restaurant that served German food. The recipes are interesting and it includes the story of the restaurant which opened in the early 1900's. If you are a cookbook collector this is a good representation of a restaurant book.
