Beautiful and Strong for Everyday Use
Slim, strong and stylish. Decent everyday protection for regular use without having to carry a bulky brick in your pockets.

Worked badly for a week, then died...
5 of 12 found this helpful I ordered this router because I have an older model that worked fine. They are nicely built and packed and they have lots of professional features that other brands lack.
ASUS Customer Service used to be first quality as well.
The router worked quite badly for around a week, with slacky connections and sometimes very low speeds.
Then one day it decided to stop transmitting WiFi completely and even the Ethernet ports stopped working.
No more connection to the Internet neither, even if the power light staid on. It had the latest firmware and the product was registered.
I tried everything possible to resuscitate it, including resetting to factory standards and using the recovery mode for a few times. Nothing worked.
I contacted Customer Service in Canada over the phone, which seems to work just office hours Eastern Time and not during the week ends.
I had to send an email to Support because they were not answering, then after several days they sent me an answer with a Case number and instructions to send the router to a Service Center.
ASUS guys (Hello!). I use the router for work and I can't wait weeks or may be months to get a brand new device which I paid a lot of money for, to get repaired.
I decided to return the router to the seller and I bought D-Link locally instead.
ASUS never again.
