  I ordered two mandolins from two different sellers for a special occasion. The first mandolin arrived from 29levs in a well-packaged box, but when I opened it, I found that the instrument was broken in half. I promptly requested a return, as the ad did not specify "No Returns." We exchanged messages, and I discovered that this seller was disrespectful and unprofessional, as reflected in our conversation. The seller refused to accept the return and accused me of having broken the instrument.
