Price and quality are equal. You do get what you pay for.
Price and quality are good. The clips don't seem to hold the belt in place (they tend to adjust on their own) and require adjustments. Zippers don't stay zipped, therefore you have to watch to ensure it is not unzipped and open. On the positive side, it does securely hold the weapon in place.

Easy assembly.
Was very easy to assemble. I only needed and used the top 1/2, but maybe in the future will need to extend.
