Mechanics Time Saver 1/2 in Drive Lock A Socket Rail Rack MTS USA Made 12 Clip

Used these for years

I first bought these socket holders off the SnapOn truck while working in the auto shop. That was over 10 years ago and I never forgot how useful they were to me. You lock the Sockets in by a quarter turn and unlock by turning back again. The magnet is pretty nice, not completely foolproof so don't expect to hang a bucket off it! But seriously they are the only ones I use and highly recommend them

Milwaukee 48-27-1401 Big Hawg Pilot Bit

This is the best hole saw pilot bit

Use this if you want to go through wood faster than a standard twist pilot bit. Milwaukee had started using a 5/16" carbide tipped almost masonry looking drill bit to include with their big hawg hole saw kits, but it's much slower than this 3/8" spade bit they had before. Now I'm getting reports Milwaukee is putting these 3/8" paddle bits back in their kits, which is great news. The 5/16" carbide pilot bit is great for plaster or abrasive material, but it's slow in wood.

Powerhouse battery

If you're on the Milwaukee m18 platform, this battery really wakes up your tools! This battery also doesnt get hot like the smaller packs, and the charger gets you up and running in about an hour...The standard charger takes about 3-4 hours for comparison! The charger makes a funny noise and can get fairly warm. Otherwise, you will most definitely get more power from this battery and get your work done much faster....
