It appears portions of the board are not functioning properly,

It started the compressor but drove the temp down to 32 degrees and held it there freezing the wine. It did the same whether you were in the red , white wine or variable temp settings. Also it caused the interior light to come on permanently and the external switch to not function. The interior light functioned ok with the old board. In comparing the original failed board visually to yours it appears yours was a re- manufactured or repaired one. Just my opinion , I'm not an expert.
